MIKOYAN VEKULA was born in Niue (Niue known through out the Pacific as "The Rock"),
however grew up New Zealand.
 
Having gained Graphic Skills Mikoyan pursued his passion of the Arts and returned to
his homeland in 1992-1997. From here, Mikoyan re established his cultural links and being,
allowing him to freely manifest in his own personal training.
 
In essence his Art Works depict Pacific, Aotearoa New Zealand styles and mix of Asian influences. These cultures are strengthen by detailed textures and dynamic bold colours
of fresh contemporary yet traditional original Artwork.

His versatility, attention to detail and inspiring creations are in multples of exotic etchings, paintings, omaru sculptures, pen and fine ink drawings, tapa designs, aluminium and personalised tatto designs (reknown pacific and or self designs depicting your life).
